Where can I buy a gift card?
You can purchase physical Gift Cards in Signature Boutiques and Outlet stores and
digital E-Gift Cards on our website.
Is there an expiry date for my gift card?
Gift Cards are valid up to 36 months after purchase.
How will my e-Gift card be delivered?
E-Gift Cards are emailed directly to the recipient shortly after payment.
What are the gift card Terms of Use and Sale?

How can I get in touch about an issue with my gift card?

If my online order gets cancelled or returned, do I get the money back on my gift
card?
Yes, we refund your gift card on cancelled and returned orders. Please get in touch with
your local customer service.
If I want to return an order paid partially with a Gift Card, which payment method
receives the refund?
Refunds are made using the original payment method. In case you have paid partially with
a Gift Card, we will issue a new E-Gift Card with the relevant amount.
Can I top up my Gift Card?
Existing Gift Cards cannot be topped up. We recommend the purchase of a new Gift Card
with the desired amount.
Can I receive cash for my remaining balance?
Remaining Gift Card balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I cancel my gift card order?
For online purchases of Gift Cards, please contact Customer Service within 14 days of
receiving your Gift Card.
How do I receive a refund for purchases made with a gift card?
In the case of a Gift Card refund, we will issue a new E-Gift Card with the relevant
amount.
Can I merge multiple gift cards into one?
No, but you can redeem multiple Gift Cards at once during checkout.
Where can I send a Gift Card or E-Gift Card?
Orders from your country's website can only be delivered to an address within the same
country. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the country where they were purchased. For

Where can I find my gift card PIN?
Find the four-digit PIN on the back of the Gift Card under the scratch-off panel.
Carefully scratch to reveal. Damaged cards are not accepted.
Where can I use my gift card?
Gift Cards are accepted on our website, at Le Creuset Signature Boutiques, and at Outlet
Stores.
How do I use my gift card?
To redeem a Gift Card in-store, simply present it at checkout. To redeem online, select
"Use a Gift Card" and "Givex" when making a payment and enter the gift card number
and pin.
Can I use the gift card in conjunction with a different payment method?
You can use your Gift Card as part of your payment and any accepted payment method to
make up the difference, or you can use your Gift Card as a full payment.
Can I redeem another countries gift card on the Le Creuset website?
Gift Cards can only be redeemed at Signature Boutiques, Outlet Stores and online in the
country where they were purchased.
Can I redeem more than 1 gift card at my online checkout basket?
Multiple Gift Cards can be redeemed to pay for a single purchase.
Can I pay for my online order in full or split the payment with other gift cards or
bank cards?
Payments can be split between Gift Cards and bank cards.
Can I continue to redeem my gift card in store, after making a web purchase?
Your Gift Card's remaining balance can be redeemed in-store after an online purchase.
My gift card has credit, but it doesn’t allow me to redeem this on the website
or in store, why?
If you redeem your Gift Card online, your new balance will only be reflected after the
order is out for delivery. This may be why you can't make a purchase with your Gift Card, although it
will reflect your available funds.
Can I do a balance check on the website?
You can view your Gift Card balance on our website. Simply enter your Gift Card number
and PIN on the BALANCE CHECK section to see your available balance.
How can I check my gift card balance?
There are various ways to check your Gift Card balance:
- Enter your Gift Card number and PIN on our BALANCE CHECK page.
- View the balance at checkout when using a Gift Card to place an online order.
- Ask for the balance at any Le Creuset Signature Boutique.
- Contact customer service.
