Delivery
Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery fees are 6.90€ (incl. VAT) and are free for orders over 50€.
Any processing and shipping charges, in addition to the product price, will be clearly displayed to the Customer before the order is confirmed and placed.
Parcels will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer by UPS or DPD.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Customer, who remains solely responsible for any delivery failure resulting from an incorrect or insufficiently detailed address supplied in the order.
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the last item in your order.
Returns
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, using the same means of payment as for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of returning the goods, whichever is the earliest. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (testing of the relevant goods only as is possible and customary in a shop).
In the event of the return of a defective product or a product that does not conform to the order, the return shipping costs will be borne by LE CREUSET LUXEMBURG SARL, which will provide the Customer with a prepaid return shipping label. LE CREUSET LUXEMBURG SARL cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products purchased online in its own stores or in partner stores.
Exercising your right to change your mind
LE CREUSET LUXEMBURG SARL is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. As a non-professional individual customer, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the day following delivery of the ordered product to return any product purchased on www.lecreuset.lu (the product must be new, complete, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a copy of the delivery note). If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it shall be extended until the next business day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact Customer Service by email at
contact.lu@lecreuset.com before returning the product concerned. Customer Service will provide you with the return instructions. Returned products will be refunded to the Customer's bank account within 14 days of the withdrawal request. Delivery charges and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer and are non-refundable, except in the case of defective products. In such cases, both the delivery and return shipping costs will be borne by LE CREUSET LUXEMBURG SARL, which will provide the Customer with a prepaid return shipping label. LE CREUSET LUXEMBURG SARL cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products purchased online in its own stores or partner stores.
