Care

handwash

Before First Use:
  • Enjoy unboxing your new purchase! (And make sure to remove the labels and packaging.)

  • Before using your wine accessories for the first time, always refer to the instructions for your specific model.

Cleaning:
  • Take care as you clean – the tip of the corkscrew is sharp!

  • Clean your corkscrew occasionally, using a damp cloth or warm soapy water.

Use:
  • Hold the bottle on a solid, level surface when opening it.

  • Be careful when opening – the tip of the corkscrew is sharp! Make sure the corkscrew is always seated squarely on the neck of the bottle before opening.

  • Open the spiral and lever into a “T” shape. Centre the tip on the cork, apply slight pressure, and screw in until half a turn remains visible.

  • Place the first notch of the lever on the bottle lip and lift the handle until horizontal, then reposition to the second notch and lift again to fully extract the cork.
